We want you to love your purchase from The Feathered Pine Co. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. Items must also be returned in their original packaging when applicable.

Because The Feathered Pine Co. works with multiple fulfillment partners, please contact us before sending a return. The appropriate return address and instructions will be provided after your return request is approved. Please do not send returns to the address shown on your package unless instructed to do so.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can work to make it right.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error with the order.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellations
